Returns & Exchanges

At Anchors Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that once a deck has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included; please include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to confirm it is in 'new' condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
