How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns on unskated decks within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or shows any signs of use, it is no longer eligible for a return.
